Shoppers are voicing their frustration following a change that caused products showing incorrect sizing.
This online marketplace has updated its measurement guidelines for women's and children's garments but did not contact all shoppers about the modification.

Numerous buyers and vendors have taken to social media stating that platform listings now display a modified sizing category than originally posted due to the recalibration.
The platform stated the updated approach better aligns with comparable marketplaces.
They have suggested members to examine their items and adjust the sizing manually when needed, resulting in member annoyance.
Sizing System Updates
Earlier, the sizes had both one number and one letter, such as S/8 or M/10.
The revised method features a letter with a size spectrum such as S/UK 8-10.
For certain items, the size labels have been reassigned - such as a large size was previously a 12 but currently displays as UK 16-18.
User Experiences
A fashion influencer, who produces content about larger sizing, explained the modification "makes transactions more difficult".
"Not many brands say XL is a 20-22," as the platform currently indicates.
A different member, based in Glasgow, explained products she uploaded featuring size 14 markings were showing in the marketplace as size 20–22.
"If anyone [who is] size 20-22 buys them they will likely be quite upset," she said.
Necessary Adjustments
Another shopper, located in England, explained she became annoyed because the modification necessitated personal updates the sizing for "all her products".
"This situation is especially annoying, because of my ongoing medical condition and platform income has been essential for me since losing part of my income," she stated.
Service Background
The platform boasts over 100 million members, comprising 18 million UK members.
It has proved a popular alternative to second-hand platforms like eBay and Depop.
This isn't the first time where an unanticipated change on the platform has faced criticism: last year, the service retracted a modification concerning shipment methods after backlash from users.
